Nowadays, the decision has been made to include areas for AI (artificial intelligence) in the new chips for computers, multimedia mobile telephony and other informatics devices. Therefore, artificial intelligence will be included in interactive communication media from the hardware, with which the user will be forced to live with it. However, one of the problems that no one seriously addresses are the groups of individuals who try to dictate autocratic norms, using shields or masks, such as the empowerment of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) / STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) / STREAM (Science, Technology, Robotics, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) among ‘new generations’ of school children, empathetic communication, affective interfaces, podcasting, information retrieval, older and disabled people, women’s studies, technology enhance learning, human-computer interaction, among other components.

A set of hypocrisies and words that seek to hide unworthy and immune behaviors from national and international legal systems these Machiavellian tactics of destruction are discovered (plagiarism, identity theft, work endogamy, professional persecution, racism perfectly camouflage, membership in associations or organizations to commit crimes, and so on). They automatically resort to the different applications of social networks to present themselves as victims, when in reality they are the executioners, in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and Latin America, for example. However, current hardware and artificial intelligence systems are not capable of discerning these variables or elements. Consequently, there is a risk that the actions of this corrupt and criminal network and its altered content of reality will be included without any type of control, as models to follow, in the various strata of the communities that range from education and health to the productive and commercial sphere, including the governance of the populations.
