Title: "Advancing in Human-Computer Interaction, Creative Technologies and Innovative Content"

Handbook Aims

This handbook aims to report advancing in human-computer interaction, communicability, creativity and user experience. Our main effort focuses on finding the common denominator between the human-computer interaction, creative technologies and original content for users. That is, we address all those who are currently working to increase the quality of interactive communication of the user beings through the interactive design, new information and communiction technologies (NICT) and all their derivations, communicability and original content, wanting to know the last advances in the factual and formal sciences. In short, that this handbook can serve as a compass to guide the current and future lines of research of the students, professors, participants in university projects, experts in technology transfer, officers responsible for the research and development (R&D), etc.

We encourage submission from all areas related to aesthetic principles of interface design, augmented reality, cloud computing, communicability, computer animation, computer graphics, computer science, database, ethics aspects of the interactive information, human-computer interaction, ICT, imaging, information architecture, interactive surfaces, mixed reality, models of interaction, multimodal interfaces, social networking, software quality, theory and fundation of HCI, usability engeneering, user experience design, visual design, etc., and related disciplines.

Besides, the present handbook encourages high quality chapters to eliminate uncertainty of meaning and increasingly unify all participants in HCI, informatics, interfaces, 3D, database, networking, social sciences, education, creativity and original design, from production to realization of the emerging or new technologies, for instance.

Scopes of Interest (not limited to):

Submissions: The handbook has a new deadline, after multiple requests

Two-stage submission: First, interested researchers and practitioners are invited to submit a chapter proposal clearly stating your focused domain problems and contributions related to one of the above topics due on *** Open ***; second, authors of accepted proposals will be notified by "between two or three week/s after the submission/s" about the status of their proposals and sent chapter organizational guidelines. Full chapters are due by *** Still Open ***. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a triple-blind review basis. The handbook is scheduled to be published in 2017 (Due to multiple request, the editorial advisory board has decided to extend the deadlines) by Blue Herons Editions (Canada, Argentina, Spain and Italy).
